Counseling for Athletes

Unseen Challenges
As an athlete, you're passionate about your sport. You're competitive, you love to win, and you crush challenges.
But what happens when a challenge comes along that stops you in your tracks?
It could be anxiety, burnout, a slump, an injury, or an issue in your personal life that's affecting your performance.
You don't have to keep struggling. Sometimes you need help.

Winning Your Mental Game
You can overcome your challenges. You just need the right strategies and guidance.
I've helped athletes in a wide range of sports, and at many levels, from weekend warriors to Olympians.
I have experience competing in sports at a high level. As a former Category 1 cyclist, I had many successes, including winning two state titles, and twice going to the Olympic Trials. I also had my share of challenges, including anxiety, self-doubt and burnout.
Today, I help athletes overcome their mental barriers, so they can get the results they're truly capable of.
